JERUSALEM: Israeli occupation dorces arrested 10 Palestinians, including six girls, today during the events commemorating the Isra and Mi'raj inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources. WAFA correspondent said among the detainees were six girls, including four minors, who were taken to the Qishla police station for interrogation. Despite Israeli restrictions, and the siege imposed on the mosque for the past five months, hundreds of Muslim worshipers observed the Isra and Mi'raj anniversary at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. Worshippers flocked to the mosque, overcoming barriers and restrictions imposed by Israeli occupation authorities. The forces set up military checkpoints, conducted thorough inspections of worshipers' IDs, and prevented many from reaching the holy site. Source:Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA
