A cultural evening was held at the Youth Center for Training and Development in Sana'a on Friday, organized by the Technical Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, marking the conclusion of the first phase of the training program for workers involved in summer activities and courses. During the event, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Youth Sector and Head of the Technical Committee, Abdullah Al-Razihi, emphasized that summer courses serve as a safe space and an essential educational opportunity to instill positive values and concepts in young people. Al-Razihi highlighted the significance of these courses in shaping an informed generation connected to Quranic culture, fostering a strong faith identity, enhancing capabilities, and providing valuable knowledge, scientific understanding, and useful professional skills. These courses aim to cultivate educational values and reinforce concepts such as generosity, sacrifice, cooperation, and other positive behaviors. He also stres sed the importance of engaging in beneficial mental and physical activities that help develop youth's potential, raise awareness about their true adversaries, and encourage them to fulfill their responsibilities towards the central issues of the nation, particularly in standing against the Israeli occupation and its key supporters, including the United States, Britain, and other Western powers, as well as Arab regimes aligned with these forces. Al-Razihi, speaking in the presence of the Undersecretary for the Hajj and Umrah Sector, Abdulrahman al-Nuaimi, and the Director of Educational Coordination and Summer Activities at the Ministry of Youth, Ahmed Kharsan Al-Salawi, expressed gratitude for the support and guidance of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi. He praised the leader's commitment to ensuring that all necessary resources for summer courses and schools are provided. He further emphasized that summer schools serve as a means of raising awareness in the face of cul tural and media challenges. He urged those leading these efforts to possess the necessary skills, awareness, and determination to carry out their responsibilities effectively and counter the plans of adversaries. Al-Razihi also outlined the range of activities participants experienced, including scientific and cultural programs, professional skills training, and various sports, scouting, social, and agricultural activities.
