Taiz Acting Governor, Ahmed Al-Masawy, along with the Director of Financial Affairs at the General Tax Administration, Bashir Jawah, reviewed the progress of work at Al-Dikra Center for collecting the Qat sales tax. They inspected the implementation progress of the center building and its completion rate, which will contribute to improving the level of Qat sales tax collection. Al-Masawa praised all measures aimed at controlling and improving revenues, because of their importance in implementing service and development projects. For his part, Jawah appreciated the interest of the local authority leadership in following up on the work in Al-Zikra model center, which will be equipped with modern cameras and linked to the tax procedures system with the aim of developing its performance in the collection process.
