The Supreme Judicial Council, in its meeting, headed by Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, Chairman of the Council, approved on Monday the Al-Manar Primary Court establishment in Dhamar Province, to consider cases falling within the jurisdiction of Al-Manar District. The Council also approved the transfer of some judges to work in a number of appellate and primary courts based on the nomination of the Judicial Inspection Authority head . After discussion, the Council referred the report with its recommendations and treatment proposals to the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures in this regard. It reviewed some of the grievances referred to him by the Republic Presidency Office , regarding the review of some judicial rulings issued and took appropriate measures in accordance with the law. The Council also discussed a number of topics included in its agenda and took appropriate decisions regarding them, and approved its previous minutes after making some amendments to them.
