Student march at Sana’a University condemns assassination of Hassan Nasrallah, aggression on Hodeida

Students and faculty at Sana'a University held a large protest on Wednesday, condemning the assassination of the martyr Hassan Nasrallah and the recent Zionist aggression on civilian facilities in Hodeida province. Led by University Rector Dr. al-Qasim Abbas, along with university officials, deans, and students, the marchers raised Yemeni, Palestinian, and Lebanese flags, displaying pictures of Hassan Nasrallah and other martyrs of the resistance. The demonstrators denounced the ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against Palestinians, Lebanese civilians, and critical infrastructure in Hodeidah, chanting slogans against Israeli brutality. The protesters expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance against Zionist aggression, while also affirming their support for Lebanon's right to defend itself against Israeli crimes. The crowd criticized the international community's silence and the support of Western and Arab countries for Israel, accusing them of collusion in the atroc ities. A statement issued during the protest mourned the loss of Hassan Nasrallah, hailing him as a martyr who spent his life supporting the Palestinian cause and confronting Zionist aggression. The participants also praised Iran's retaliatory strikes against Israeli bases, emphasizing that the response showed the growing strength and unity of the resistance. The protest concluded with a call for global universities and free people to rise up in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, demanding an end to the Zionist occupation and aggression, which they described as a threat to humanity at large.
