The Department of Statistics is set to announce the results of its comprehensive Population and Family Health Survey on Wednesday. This survey, conducted last year in collaboration with international health agencies and organizations, provides essential data for planning and implementing family health programs. The survey results will offer detailed and current insights into key areas such as fertility rates, marriage trends, reproductive preferences, family planning methods, maternal and child health, breastfeeding practices, nutrition, child mortality, and immunodeficiency diseases. The announcement is expected to attract over 300 participants, including national and international stakeholders, alongside Jordanian and global media representatives.
