Sana'a City on Thursday saw the conclusion of a training program - organized by the Yemeni authority for specifications and quality-control - designed to improve the skills of food facilities inspectors. The 5-day program was aimed to provide 33 trainees with information and skills required for health conditions in food facilities. The program was important to build the participants' capacities, unify the concepts, and improve their inspection skills, the authority's managing director, Sam al-Bashiri, said.
