SPC member participates in celebration of Prophet’s birthday with people of Shabwa

SANA'A - SABA: Member of the Supreme Political Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor on Thursday participated in the event organized by the people of Shabwa province and the local authority to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday, may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family. Bin Habtoor expressed his thanks to the people of the province and the local authority for organizing this event. He conveyed the greetings of President of the Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat and the members of the Council to everyone as they celebrate this great occasion. The SPC member pointed out that the Yemenis are celebrating the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday for the tenth year in this broad manner while they face and resist the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression and siege, and currently the American-British aggression. He explained that the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet is one of the most important occasions in the life of the Islamic nation in general and the Yemeni people in particu lar. Bin Habtoor indicated that the Yemeni people embody their loyalty to God and the Messenger, their close connection to their religion, and their solidarity with their revolutionary leadership represented by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. He touched on the deteriorating conditions experienced by the occupied southern and eastern provinces, specifically Aden and Abyan, noting the interest of the revolutionary leadership in the conditions in these provinces and the rest of the occupied regions and islands. He added "Next Sunday is a historic day when our people meet in al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana'a, and in the squares in all the free provinces to renew their loyalty to the Messenger of God, to the leadership, and to the sons of this nation who glorify this great occasion generation after generation." In return, Shabwa governor Awadh al-Awlaqi touched on the enemies' attempts and their resort to spreading sedition and division among Yemenis with the aim of dividing the ranks and spreadi ng hatred, noting that all the desperate attempts of the enemy fail and that such an occasion and this fragrant anniversary increases the cohesion and unity of Yemenis. Al-Awlaqi pointed out that the celebration of the birth anniversary comes while the country is on the threshold of celebrating the tenth anniversary of the September 21 Revolution. He pointed to Yemen's honorable and supportive position towards the Palestinian cause and the position it occupies within the axis of resistance, which is a source of pride and honor for the Yemeni people. The governor noted the importance of strengthening the factors of steadfastness to confront the aggression and all challenges, stressing that the sons of Shabwa are at the forefront of the ranks in various fronts of pride and dignity.
