The Security Media Cell announced the destruction of a hideout for the terrorist ISIS and the killing of those inside it in the eastern Salah al-Din Operations Sector. The SMC stated in a statement that "in a distinctive qualitative operation, and according to accurate information from the heroes of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, in coordination, planning and supervision of the targeting cell in the Joint Operations Command, F16 aircraft carried out a successful air strike targeting a hideout in Balkana Mountains in the eastern Salah al-Din Operations Command Sector, which led to its complete destruction and the killing of the terrorist elements inside it."
