The Skills Development Fund (SDF) in Sana'a concluded on Thursday a program to qualify 19 staff from the Safe Motherhood Specialized Hospital in the field of rehabilitation and training. The program, implemented through the "Eram" Training and Rehabilitation Center, aimed to provide participants with the requirements for preparing integrated training programs, starting from identifying training needs to implementing and evaluating the training process in general. The Fund's Executive Director, Ali Al-Qasimi, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this program is one of the training methods adopted by the Fund within its recent trends to prepare competent trainers and transfer expertise among the cadres of the Fund's contributing institutions in a deliberate manner. Abdullatif Aqeel, director of the center, said that the program focused on introducing participants to the requirements for preparing a training package, presentation mechanisms, identifying the differences and levels of the target grou ps, their training needs, and the tasks and responsibilities of the trainer in this course in general. He pointed out that the program focused on introducing participants to training topics, especially in human development and social and educational aspects related to the tasks of similar health facilities.
