The Shura Council expressed its deepest condolences to the leaders and mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, the mujahideen of the resistance axis, the Islamic nation and the free people of the world on the martyrdom of the great mujahid Hashem Safi al-Din - head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah after a life full of giving in the fields of jihad. While the Shura Council blessed in a statement issued by it, the martyrdom of the great mujahid Safi al-Din, it denounced the Zionist entity's persistence in targeting the leaders of the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine, and stressed that this will not weaken the resistance, or break the will of the mujahideen to continue the path of the great martyrs who ascended on the road to Jerusalem. The statement said, "The Islamic Resistance was established on the basis of a solid jihadi project, and is on the right path, and the blood of the great leaders that is being shed today is the fuel that ignites the flame of jihad in the souls of the mujahideen to escalate the confrontation and hurt the enemy in the field." He explained that the Zionist entity is still repeating mistakes by treacherously and cowardly targeting the resistance leaders, ignoring the fact that by doing so it is only hastening its demise and increasing the resistance's determination and will to eradicate it.
