Shura Council condemned the brutal Zionist aggression against civilians in the southern suburb of Lebanon, and the heinous assassination crime that targeted the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, the Mujahid Ismail Haniyeh. The council stressed in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) a copy of it, that the Zionist entity crossed all red lines with its crimes and violated international and humanitarian laws with the support , blessing of America, and proved its dependence on the Zionist decision that persisted in committing massacres and political assassinations. It expressed his deepest condolences to all resistance forces and Hamas movement for the martyrdom of Mujahid Ismail Haniyeh, one of his Mujahid brothers, stressing the right of the resistance and the support axis to choose a deterrent response to the Zionist entity, stop it at its limits and end its crimes in the region. The statement held the Zionist entity and America responsible for expanding the circle of conf lict in the region and the repercussions that will result from that. It called on the League of Senates and Shura Councils, parliamentary and regional unions and the United Nations to condemn this heinous crime, to exert pressure in international forums to end the occupation and try the Zionist entity leaders as war criminals.
