BETHLEHEM: Several Palestinians suffered from suffocation on Monday evening due to inhaling toxic gas fired by the Israeli occupation forces during their raid on the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem. A local source said that an occupation army force stormed the Umm Rakba area south of the town, where they fired gas and sound bombs intensively towards local residents, causing several suffocation cases due to inhaling the toxic gas. The source added that the occupation soldiers stopped the vehicles and searched them thoroughly, checking their ID cards. The town of Al-Khader has recently witnessed an escalation in the raids of the occupation forces, involving in firing tear gas towards locals and setting up military checkpoints in different areas of the town.
