Gaza: A number of Palestinians were killed this evening as Israeli occupation forces launched airstrikes in the southern Gaza Strip, targeting civilians in Khan Younis and Rafah. WAFA correspondent said at least three Palestinians were killed when an Israeli drone strike targeted a group of people in the Qaa' al-Qarein area, located southeast of Khan Younis. Additionally, several others were reported killed in a separate Israeli airstrike that hit a group of people near the Khirbet al-Adas intersection, north of Rafah. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported that since the early morning of today, at least 25 Palestinians have been confirmed killed as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 44,330 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 104,933 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil d efense teams due to Israeli attacks. Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
