United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland condemned the Israeli army's massacre in the Al Mawasi area in Khan Younis in the south of Gaza. Wennesland said Tuesday that the Israeli occupation army's attacks show there is no safe place in Gaza, calling for an immediate ceasefire agreement. The UN official called for stopping the killing of civilians and ending the "horrific war," adding that the political track that sets steps towards ending the occupation and achieving the two-state solution is the only way to end the suffering.
