Amman: On a visit to Rwanda, a Jordanian Senate delegation discussed prospects of cementing relations between the Kingdom and the African nation. The three-member team, led by Senator Abdul Hakim Al Hindi, Chairman of the Tourism and Heritage Committee, were visiting at the invitation of Rwandan Senate President Francois-Xavier Kalinda. In a series of meetings with senior Rwandan officials, including the Senate head, Chairperson of the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee Nkusi Juvenal and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Olivier Nduhungirehe, they discussed ways and means of strengthening ties in a host of sectors, including economy, tourism and agriculture.
