A scientific symposium entitled "Palm trees in Yemen between reality and ambition" was held in Sana'a as part of the activities of the first Yemen's Bounties Festival for pomegranates, apples, grapes and dates currently being held at the Sana'a Al-Wahda Club. The symposium addressed two scientific research papers, the first of which reviewed "Using tissue culture technology in producing date palms" and the second discussed the status of palm trees in Yemen between reality and ambition.
