Makkah Al-Mukarramah: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has paid the greatest attention to Hajj and Umrah since the unification of the country by the founder King Abdul Aziz Al Saud - may God have mercy on him -, and the succession of his sons after him in power. Each of them put the service of pilgrims and Umrah performers and take care of the affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Medina in mind, where the state allocated a ministry concerned with Hajj and Umrah affairs and the organization of sectors and departments working in this field. The state, through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has prepared a package of smart systems that facilitate the pilgrims of Hajj, represented in the electronic path system for pilgrims abroad, which is an integrated system from the beginning of the work of mandatory contracts such as housing, transportation and subsistence, until the departure of pilgrims, as the electronic path system and its contents of contracts provide transparency and the supervisory ability to foll ow up on implementation and the extent of each party's commitment to implementing its responsibilities under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The electronic path system for domestic pilgrims relies on systems and data in an advanced electronic portal to display the various service programs offered by companies and institutions of domestic pilgrims. With regard to pilgrims abroad, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has facilitated the procedures of pilgrims abroad and adopted a methodology based on transparency, as it requires the procedures of pilgrims abroad, including the signing of agreements on arrangements for the Hajj season between the delegations of countries and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in accordance with the controls and conditions committed by each party, and has equipped the electronic path system for pilgrims abroad and the registration of service providers in the Kingdom of housing, transportation, subsistence, and services of institutions of the heads of sects.
