Sami al-Turabi, focused on exploring UNOPS funding for critical rainwater drainage projects in several districts, including New Sana'a, Sanhan, and Bani Bahlol. The meeting addressed urgent project priorities, with a committee assigned to develop cost estimates and detailed plans.
