At a meeting chaired by Mohamed al-Emad, secretary-general of the governorate's local council, Sa'ada provincial plan and budget committee on Monday discussed the priorities of 1446 budget plan. The meeting addressed Sa'ada provincial and local budgets, requirements needed for authorities to perform their duties, and development and service projects needed by the governorate. The committee also studied the governorate's revenue vessels and their role in providing the local authority with resources and backing expenses, as well as the local offices' role in planning the budget and reporting on projects to be implemented.
