The deputy head of the Russian Reconciliation Center, Vadim Collett, announced that four fighter jets belonging to the US-led "coalition" attacked two targets in the Syrian governorate of Homs, in violation of the principles of de-escalation.
Collett said: "From 00:52 until 00:55, four fighter jets (two F-16s and two F-35s) belonging to the International Coalition violated the Syrian airspace through Al-Tanf area, and carried out an air strike on two targets in Homs governorate."
The Russian military confirmed that the "international coalition" violated, by its actions, the memorandum of principles for de-escalation in southern Syria dated November 8, 2017.
