The coordinator of the Russian secret action groups in Nikolaev region, Sergei Lebedev, announced today, Monday that dozens of explosions rocked Kiev and its suburbs this morning. Lebedev told Sputnik: "It is really difficult to count the number of explosions in Kiev, but there are about ten, including the suburbs of the city." He pointed out that a strike was directed at an energy facility in Odessa, noting that in Volyn a strike was carried out at a Ukrainian army position. According to him, electricity was cut off to almost the entire city of Ivano-Frankovsk in Ukraine, and part of the city was closed by the army. He continued: "Strikes were carried out on the city of Stryi in the Lviv region, one of which was accompanied by a powerful explosion, after which the light went out there. In Khmelnitsky, attacks were carried out on the southern part of the city and the region," noting that a strike was directed at Ukrainian forces in Volyn. He explained that the attack also targeted an equipment hangar in the city of Ivano-Frankovsk, and the explosion occurred in the area where the Ukrainian armed forces were hiding two F-16 aircraft.
