The Russian authorities announced the shooting down and destruction of 144 Ukrainian drones over 9 Russian provinces, including 20 in the capital, Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated that the Russian air defense forces in Lyubertsy region confronted a Ukrainian attack during which they shot down several drones flying towards the Russian capital, before later announcing the destruction of two other drones in the Ramensky region, and four others as they approached Moscow in the Podolsk city area.
