The Russian Defense Ministry announced today, Sunday, that Russian air defense systems shot down 15 Ukrainian drones last night over the territories of 5 Russian provinces. The ministry said in a statement, "Ukrainian attacks using drones against targets on Russian territory were thwarted." It indicated that "the air defense systems on duty destroyed 15 Ukrainian drones, 6 of which were over the Sea of Azov, 4 over Rostov Oblast, two over Kursk, and one drone in each of the Astrakhan, Belgorod, and Voronezh provinces.
