Rusafa Police Command forces arrested 3 wanted persons, including a murder suspect. The Command stated in a statement: The detachments of the Baghdad Rusafa Police Command arrested two wanted persons according to the provisions of Article (446), and this came during the implementation of a joint duty in the Bataween area, where a tight ambush was set up that led to their arrest after chasing them in the alleys and seizing the vehicle that was in their possession. In a related context, the detachments of the Sabaa Qusour Police Station arrested a wanted person according to the provisions of Article (405 of murder), and this came during the implementation of an arrest warrant against the accused, which led to his arrest and the seizure of a pistol-type weapon in his possession, so that they were placed in detention to complete the legal procedures against them.
