Republic of Yemen condemns Zionist aggression against Syria

SANA'A - SABA: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Zionist aggression on several Syrian areas, resulting in the death and injury of dozens of Syrian citizens In a statement, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ambassador Wahid al-Shami condemned the Zionist aggression on Damascus as a flagrant violation of Syria's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity. He stated that this act is evidence that the Zionist entity seeks to drag the region into a wide war. He emphasized that the Zionist state poses a threat to security and stability in the region and the world. He urged the international community, especially the Security Council, to condemn this blatant aggression and to take serious action to address the Zionist threat in the region. The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the solidarity of the leadership, Government and people of the Republic of Yemen with the brotherly Syrian Arab Republic, stressing its right to self-defence and to respond to any external aggr ession.
