Gaza - Ma'an - The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross said: "We have launched hundreds of appeals regarding Gaza, but what we are witnessing is a decline in the human conscience." "I urge the two parties to the conflict in Gaza to reach an agreement that guarantees security and safety for all," she added.
