Doha: The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose 41.46 points, or 0.44%, at the beginning of trading on Tuesday, reaching 9,449 points, compared to yesterday's closing. The QSE general index was supported by a rise in all sectors: Consumer Goods and Services sectors by 1.71%; Real Estate by 0.78%; Telecoms by 0.38%; Industrials by 0.34%; Transportations by 0.33%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.23% and Insurance by 0.21%. At 10:00 am, QSE registered trading of 29.100 million shares in 2,773 transactions valued QR 83.606 million. Source: Qatar News Agency
