The Qatari youth team ended their matches in the group stage of the 22nd Asian Volleyball Championship under 20 years, currently being held in Indonesia and will conclude on July 30. The Qatari team lost Thursday to Iranian counterpart (0-3) in their match that took place within the second group competitions. Today's match is the third and final for the Qatari team in the group stage, in which they began their participation with a loss to China, then lost to Chinese Taipei. Friday, will be a rest day for all teams participating in the championship, and the competitions will resume on Saturday. 16 teams are participating in tournament, divided into 4 groups. The first group includes the teams of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Australia, and Hong Kong, the second group includes the teams of Qatar, Iran, China, and Chinese Taipei, the third group includes the teams of India, Bangladesh, Japan, and Kuwait, while the fourth group includes the teams of South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan.
