Doha: Al Shamal coach Nuno Almeida emphasized the importance of his team's match tomorrow, Saturday, against Al Khor, which will be hosted at the Al Bayt Stadium as part of the fifth round of the Qatari Football League (QNB Stars League) for the 2024/2025 season. During the pre-match press conference, the Al Shamal coach stated that his team faces a very difficult task against an opponent who is skilled in defensive organization and has shown good performance this season, having suffered only one defeat in their previous four league matches. Almeida added that he's watched more than one of Al Khor's matches, and that he was looking forward to try and get all three points. On the other hand, Abdullah Mubarak, the coach of Al Khor, expressed his full satisfaction with his team's performance in the previous four matches of the tournament, expressing his great hope of achieving their first victory after obtaining three draws and a defeat. Al Khor coach pointed out that Al Shamal is a good team with distinguishe d players and that they have studied them during the previous period, affirming the team's readiness for this match and its keenness to exploit opportunities well.
