The clubs of Al-Sadd, Al-Wakrah, and Al-Shamal participated in the promotional events for the new season of the Qatari football Stars League, due to commence on Friday. The third day of the events- which is organized by the Qatar Stars League (QSL) and concludes on Wednesday- saw the participation of Meshaal Barsham and Rafa Moukica from Al-Sadd Club, alongside Issa Al-Aidouni and Alexander Schulz from Al-Wakrah Club, as well as Baghdad Bounedjah and Younes Belhanda from Al-Shamal Club. The players signed the official ball of the Qatari football Stars League and took commemorative photos with the championship trophy, in the presence of the clubs' fans who interacted with the players. Speaking to Qatar News Agency , Meshaal Barsham affirmed his readiness to compete in the coming season, following his recovery from an injury he had sustained in the past season, pointing out that the team strives to achieve best results and aspires to maintain the title. Barsham added that contests among teams will be challe nging given the ambitious aspirations of all clubs to achieve best results, especially since the team has been augmented with best and professional players throughout the current summertime. For his part, Baghdad Bounedjah said he aspires to achieve best results with Al-Shamal club he joined and is determined to compete within the four first places, anticipating that the completion will be challenging and strong. Al-Shamal club has profound ambitions in the new season, as the team highly draws on a coterie of players with expertise and who always hope for utmost efforts in helping the team achieve its goals. Issa Al-Aidouni said Al-Wakrah is fervent to compete in the new football season, expressing his hope for spearheading the team toward achieving advanced place after the team was ranked fourth in the past season, highlighting that the Qatari Stars League is braced for powerful contest, following the completions of contracts and playing some friendlies at camps abroad.
