Lyon, The State of Qatar will participate in the 19th conference of the heads of the National Central Bureau of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), held in the French city of Lyon during the period from April 23 to 25. The participating delegation is headed by Lieutenant Colonel Ali Mohammad Al Ali, who is the Director of the communications department for Arab and international police at the Ministry of Interior. The conference significance stems from its organization of field priorities for the network of Interpol national central bureaus around the world. The Qatari delegation is looking to leverage the conference to develop a mechanism of work with Interpol and enhance bilateral cooperation with national central bureaus. Source: Qatar News Agency
