Doha: The Qatar Media Center, a Ministry of Culture affiliate, concluded a training course on the fundamentals of vocal delivery. Delivered by Voice Coach and TV and Radio Presenter Ahmad Aljerbi, the 3-day workshop covered several topics including developing the skill to identify a voice's capabilities, its strengths and weaknesses, and ways to enhance it in order to achieve the desired impact on the audience. Participants also learned about voice characteristics, ways to identify them and employ them to interact with listeners in a professional and effective manner. Moreover, the course touched on developing vocal communication skills, public speaking, and confidence. This training course is part of a wide-ranging Qatar Media Center summer program tailored for individuals in the 14-20 years old age group.
