Hodeida Governor , Muhammad Qahim, along with the Deputy Chief of Staff and Head of the National Redeployment Team, Ali Al-Mushki, and a member of the committee, Major General Muhammad Al-Qadiri, and the head of the United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeida Agreement, General Michael Perry, visited a number of southern districts in Hodeida province. During the visit, they were briefed on the general conditions in a number of these districts, and they also made a field visit to the historic city of Zabid to see the archaeological monuments and the level of interest in them. During the visit, Qahim, Al-Mushki, and the UN official listened to an explanation from the Director of the Zabid Directorate, Yahya Abbad, about the importance of the historical city, the status occupied by Zabid Castle, the archaeological monuments located there, and the needs for its maintenance and restoration. For their part, the citizens called on the United Nations mission to carry out its duties regarding the rehabilitation of service projects that were destroyed and devastated by the aggression countries and their mercenaries.
