The Public Prosecution in Hodeidah Governorate has approved the conditional release of 46 prisoners to mark the occasion of the Prophet's birthday. Chief Prosecutor Judge Hadi Aida informed Saba that the release was carried out by the Attorney General's directive to inspect prisoners in the field and release those eligible for release in honor of the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. He explained that the release process will apply to prisoners who have served three-quarters of their sentence and do not have special privileges above others. It also involves guarantees for cases under investigation, or for individuals detained by the police and security in non-threatening situations that do not affect the rights of others. He stressed the prosecution's keenness to follow up on cases seized by the security services, and to strengthen coordination with them to ensure the integrity of procedures, and to investigate and dispose of them quickly, especially those that have prisoners, as they are u rgent cases.
