Amman: Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) President Wejdan Abu Elhaija, met with a Chinese delegation led by Ambassador Chen Chuandong on Monday to discuss cooperation in the field of academic and research in information technology, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Elhaija highlighted the university's achievements in academia and research, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing cooperation with international institutions to foster innovation and advance the technology sector. She underlined the importance of enhanced academic ties between local and international universities and improving the education and scientific research system, as directed by Her Highness Princess Sumaya Bint El Hassan, Chair of the University's Board of Trustees, to elevate educational standards and achieve global academic integration. The Chinese delegation commended the University's ongoing support for education both locally and globally, praising its efforts to elevate educational standards and i ntegrate innovative technology across all disciplines.
