Head of the National Committee for Prisoners' Affairs Abdulqader al-Murtada has confirmed that the non-implementation of the agreements by the mercenaries of aggression complicates the prisoners' file and increases their suffering. Al-Murtada said on X 'We have no objection to attending any round of negotiations on the prisoners' file if we obtain guarantees from the United Nations to implement the previous agreements that were sponsored.' He added "As for the accumulation of agreements without implementation, as is happening on the part of the mercenaries, this only complicates the file and increases the suffering of the prisoners on both sides."
