His Excellency Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, issued on Monday Presidential Resolution No. (107) of 1445 AH regarding the classification of the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Britain as two countries hostile to the Republic of Yemen. The decision included four articles, the first of which stipulates the classification of the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Britain at the first level (A/3) stipulated in Article (5) of the Law on Classification of Countries, Entities and Persons hostile to the Republic of Yemen, as two countries that support, protect and sponsor the Zionist entity and participate in the crimes of genocide committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people. Article Two stipulates that "the two states mentioned in the previous article shall be treated as states hostile to the Republic of Yemen and shall be dealt with in accordance with the principle of confrontation." While Article Three of the decision sti pulates that 'the Humanitarian Operations Coordination Center (HOCC) shall take the necessary procedures and measures to implement the classification, and the competent security services shall also confront the activities of the two mentioned countries internally, in coordination with the relevant authorities.'
