ANKARA: President Mahmoud Abbas arrived Wednesday evening in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on a two-day official visit. President Abbas was received by Trkiye's Foreign Affairs Minister Hakan Fidan, a host of Turkish officials and the Arab ambassadors accredited to Ankara. He is scheduled to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as part of regular bilateral political consultations between the leaders and the friendly countries.
