RAMALLAH: The President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, on Sunday issued decrees appointing three new governors in West Bank cities of Hebron, Nablus, and Jenin. The President decided to appoint Khaled Abdel Aziz Taha Dudin as Governor of Hebron, Ghassan Mohammad Bakr Daghlas as Governor of Nablus, and Kamal Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Al-Rub as Governor of Jenin, provided that President Abbas would set a date for the three new governors to take the legal oath before him.
