Hillah: The Kidnapping Division in the Anti-Crime Department of the Babylon Police Command arrested two suspects who kidnapped an 18-year-old young man shortly after the kidnapping. The Director of Babylon Police, Brigadier General Ali Al-Hasnawi, said, "The kidnapping was carried out fraudulently, as the two suspects lured the victim out of his home and then forced him to pay a ransom of 25 million dinars. He added that as soon as the information was received by the Babylon Police, a working team was formed from the Kidnapping Division and information was collected and cameras were monitored, which led to identifying the suspects and reaching them after tracking the communications.
