PM visits Civil Service, Administrative Development Ministry

Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahawi on Sunday visited the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, emphasizing the need for coordinated and integrated efforts to drive administrative reform and structural development across both central and local public service units. During the visit, the Prime Minister met with Minister Dr. Khaled Hussein al-Hawali, Deputy Minister Anas Ali Sufyan, and other ministry officials. They discussed the ministry's activities, its priorities, and its pivotal role in enhancing administrative practices and ensuring job discipline within public service units. In his address, Prime Minister al-Rahawi commended the ministry's leadership and staff, highlighting the crucial role they play in effecting meaningful change and progress. He urged everyone to foster a spirit of initiative, creativity, and dedication to improving performance and fulfilling their responsibilities. The Prime Minister reiterated the government's commitment to supporting the Yemeni people, wh o have shown resilience in the face of ongoing aggression and siege. He stressed the importance of maintaining professional and ethical standards, ensuring timely completion of citizen transactions, and actively contributing constructive feedback and ideas for improvement. Al-Rahawi also commented on the situation in occupied areas, criticizing the lack of progress in addressing electricity and sanitation issues and currency devaluation in regions like Aden. He expressed disapproval of the role of external actors, including the U.S., in perpetuating conflict and oppression. He called for all ministries and institutions to enhance their performance in line with the country's development and the military successes achieved in defending the homeland and supporting Palestinian causes. He expressed hope that these efforts would lead to positive change and advancement for Yemen. Dr. Khaled al-Hawali, in his welcoming speech, outlined the ministry's challenges and priorities, particularly regarding organizatio nal restructuring and integration into specified units. He highlighted the critical role of the ministry's staff in administrative oversight and development and expressed confidence in their ability to meet the expectations of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
