He demanded the international community make strenuous efforts to ensure an immediate end to the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the entry of relief, humanitarian, and medical aid through all the crossings and not be limited to the Rafah crossing, and putting an end to forced displacement plans and the reoccupation of parts of the Strip to create buffer zones ins ide Gaza. The Prime Minister said that the Israeli government is pursuing a strategy of systematic destruction of the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state, by isolating the Gaza Strip from the West Bank and dividing the Palestinian territories in the West Bank through settlements, barriers, and walls. He stressed that Nicaragua and Palestine are united by a common struggle against colonialism and the rejection of injustice, commending Nicaragua's steadfast support for Palestine and the long-standing relationship between the two countries and peoples, stressing that Palestine is not alone and the free world is standing with it. For his part, Moncada reiterated his country's firm support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the achievement of a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue, affirming the full solidarity of the Nicaraguan people and leadership with Palestine amidst the injustice it suffers.
