RAMALLAH: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mohammad Mustafa, discussed during a telephone call this evening with Belgian Foreign Minister, Hadja Lahbib, the latest developments in Palestine. They also discussed the escalation in the region, the urgent need to halt the genocidal war waged against the Palestinian people and the importance of enhancing relief efforts and providing emergency humanitarian aid to the population of the Gaza Strip. Mustafa emphasized that ending the occupation and achieving an independent Palestinian state is the most direct and effective path to achieving peace in the region.
