The Prime Minister's media office said in a statement: 'Al-Sudani directed that the Political Prisoners Foundation bear half the cost of the Hajj to the Holy House of God for pilgrims from the families of the martyrs of the Speicher massacre and martyrs of terrorism, just like the families of the martyrs who were victims of the exterminated Baathist regime.'
