Parliament mourns martyrdom of Commander Haniyeh, condemns Zionist attacks on southern suburbs

The House of Representatives of the Republic of Yemen mourned to the sons of the Arabic and Islamic nation and the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance the martyrdom of the great mujahid leader and head of Hamas' political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh. In a statement issued by the Council, on Wednesday, he condemned the crime of assassination of the sinful and cowardly carried out by the criminal Zionist enemy against one of the symbols of the resistance, stressing that the Zionist crime exceeded all borders, which requires the free people of the nation to more steadfastness and victory for this pure blood. The House of Representatives called for more unity to confront arrogance, arrogance and Zionist criminality. It extended his sincere condolences and sympathy to the Palestinian resistance factions and all the free Palestinian people, and the family of the leader Ismail Haniyeh, his supporters and lovers. In a related context, the House of Representatives condemned the Israeli aggression that targe ted civilians in the southern suburbs of Lebanon, which led to the death of more than 68 martyrs and wounded, including women and children. In a statement, the House of Representatives considered the continuation of criminal operations against the peoples of the region a blatant challenge to international laws, humanitarian norms and moral values, and a dangerous escalation that threatens security and peace in the region and the world. It held the international community, the United Nations and the Security Council responsible for silence and condoning what the Zionist occupation forces are committing with the support of the United States and Britain. The Council called on the heads and members of Arabic, Islamic and international parliaments, the international community and the free world to take serious and responsible positions that would put an end to the continuous Zionist attacks on civilian areas and objects in the Lebanon, including the ongoing genocide massacres committed by the Zionist enemy agai nst the Palestinian people and the peoples of the region.
