FranceÂ's high-speed train lines were targeted by "coordinated sabotage," causing disruption ahead of the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games. In a statement on social media on Friday, French Minister of Transport Patrice Vergriete said the sabotage targeted several lines last night, adding that it will lead to severe disruption in traffic until the end of this week. He strongly condemned the "criminal acts", which will affect the weekend travel of many French people.
