Palestinian Youth Shot Dead by Occupation Forces Gunfire in Jenin

Occupied Jerusalem, A Palestinian youth was shot dead on Thursday by Israeli occupation forces gunfire in the town of Ya'bad, south of Jenin, north of the West Bank. Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported the martyrdom of the young man, Asaad Issam Al-Qaniri (28), a former prisoner, after the occupation surrounded his house, executed him and prevented ambulance crews from trying to treat him. The Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinians from Bethlehem, and also raided and searched a number of homes, and destroyed vehicles east the village of Zaatara. They also arrested two brothers from the city of Nablus, while storming the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank. The pace of arrests and raids in the West Bank has escalated in conjunction with the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, resulted in tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded, and missing persons.
