A young man was injured by live fire on Friday during a colonists' attack on the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, according to local sources. Sources told WAFA that colonists stormed the northern part of the said village, leading to confrontations with the defenseless residents who rushed to confront them. A young man was injured by live bullets in the foot during the confrontations, which necessitated his transfer to hospital for treatment. The occupation forces stormed the village this morning and detained a youth after raiding and searching his family home. Colonists' violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023. The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned. Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
