Palestinian rescue and ambulance teams have recovered over 60 bodies of Palestinian martyrs from the rubble of destroyed buildings in Shujaiya Neighborhood in eastern Gaza following Israeli occupation forces' withdrawal, according to Palestinian media. However, many more Palestinians are feared trapped under the debris of collapsed facilities in the neighborhood, local sources were quoted by the Palestinian news agency as saying. During the offensive in Shujaiya, Israeli occupation forces have destroyed more than 85 percent of residential buildings in the neighborhood, said the sources. Meanwhile, the death toll of Palestinian martyrs killed in Israeli occupation atrocities since October 7, 2023, has surged to 38,345, and more than 88,295 others have been injured, according to Palestinian health authorities.
